Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Odds Scanner AI, a service operated by CX Media Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where the use of betting-related services is legal. We rely on the information you provide at sign-up; submitting false details is grounds for immediate termination.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. You must:

  • Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication where offered.

  • Keep contact details up to date so we can reach you about your account.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend any account that shows signs of abuse, scraping, or circumvention of our rate limits.

Tips & predictions

Tips published in the app are statistical projections, not guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

We track every published tip on a public ledger so that overall accuracy can be independently verified — see our track record. Individual outcomes vary; you alone decide whether to act on a tip.

Subscriptions

  1. Free tier — a limited number of tips per day, no payment required.

  2. Premium — billed weekly, monthly, or yearly; cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription.

  3. Tip packs — one-off purchases that never expire.

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Refunds are handled per the policy of the platform you bought through (App Store, Play Store, or direct billing).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, syndicate, or republish tips outside the app.

  • Reverse-engineer the model or scrape data feeds.

  • Use the service if you are self-excluded from gambling in your jurisdiction.

  • Behave abusively toward our support team.

Responsible gambling

Set deposit limits, take breaks, and use self-exclusion tools where you bet. The Gambling Commission regulates gambling in the UK. Free, confidential help is available via BeGambleAware (helpline: 0808 8020 133).

Termination

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. If you cancel, your access continues to the end of your current billing period. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Malta, except where mandatory consumer rules give you a choice of forum in your home country.

Changes

We may update these terms — material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via email and an in-app banner.
